Do I have to create a profile to make a purchase?

It is not necessary but we recommend you to do it since for future purchases you will already have all your data so it will be faster and easier. You will also have in your Profile your Order History and your Wish List.

What does “In Stock” and “Made to Order” mean?

In Stock or Made to Order is the status of each product, indicated on each individual product page. So the shipping and processing times depend on the jewels you’re ordering. 

In Stock
You’ll see it above the “Add to Cart” button. It means we have your Brilla Jewelry ready -to-go! Shipping timelines are usually within 2-3 business days from the date ordered.

Made to Order
You’ll see it above the “Add to Cart” button. It means we need to craft the jewel since it’s being made specially for you. It will take more time to be processed. We will send you an email letting you know how long it will take to make your Brilla Jewelry once your order has be

Can I cancel my order?

Kindly note that we work hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible so we may not be able to cancel your order.

Can I change the delivery address?

Feel free to contact us and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, Brilla Jewelry is unable to change the address, anyway we can always try to make the change.

If I need my delivery before a certain date?

How can I track my order?

Your Tracking Number is automatically sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a TNT tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on it.
